VirtueStaff is seeking a proactive Technical Support Assistant to join our client's Business IT Support team. This remote position focuses on delivering high-quality technical support to B2B clients, ensuring their IT systems remain efficient and reliable. You will play a key role in troubleshooting, documentation, client onboarding, and continuous improvement within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle technical support calls and vendor outreach to assist with service procurement.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and network configurations.
  • Document client interactions and solutions accurately in the ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with senior IT staff to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Assist with onboarding new clients by providing training and support for IT systems.
  • Conduct remote system diagnostics and maintain regular client follow-ups.
  • Contribute to and maintain an up-to-date knowledge base and troubleshooting documentation.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend improvements as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Prior experience in a technical support role, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of IT systems, including hardware, software, and network protocols.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced setting.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
