Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement Illumio product for customer installations.

  • Diagnose unusual situations and identify root causes to develop solutions.
  • Evaluate risk and trade-offs while making decisions.
  • Identify gaps in deployment strategies and security policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of Professional Services or a related technical discipline.
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to adapt to new scenarios with limited guidance.
  • Experience supporting customer deployments and engagements.
  • Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese and English.
