The Principal Enablement Program Manager will act as a trusted advisor to Sales, Customer Success, Partners, and Product leadership. This role focuses on building comprehensive partner enablement frameworks that accelerate onboarding and co-selling efforts across global audiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Sales, Customer Success, Partners, and Product leadership.
  • Develop and implement partner enablement frameworks for effective onboarding and co-selling.
  • Lead multi-modal enablement programs addressing diverse global audiences.
  • Own program roadmaps, plans, and facilitate cross-functional coordination.
  • Develop and manage technical certification programs to validate competency.
  • Leverage AI technologies to enhance instructional design and learning experiences.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in enablement, sales, customer success, learning & development, or go-to-market programs.
  • 5+ years leading multi-modal enablement across global audiences.
  • Proven track record in delivering technical certification programs at scale.
  • Experience in building partner enablement programs with measurable outcomes.
  • 2+ years of experience using AI tools for instructional design and program management.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Seismic/Highspot, and Learning Management Systems (LMS) for tracking KPIs.
