The Enterprise Customer Success Manager will manage enterprise accounts, focusing on building Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities. The role will drive adoption and expansion through a land-and-expand strategy, partnering with various teams to deliver successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end success lifecycle from onboarding to renewal.
  • Lead business reviews and stakeholder engagements to support renewals.
  • Collaborate with customers in the San Francisco office to drive success.
  • Develop success plans and coordinate cross-functional resources.
  • Manage a large book of business, track health signals, and forecast consumption.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 4+ years in a customer-facing enterprise Customer Success or leadership role.
  • Strong business acumen with experience in navigating mid-to-large organizations.
  • Ability to interface effectively with engineers, data scientists, and ML leads.
  • Fundamental understanding of AI, ML, Large Language Models (LLMs), or agent frameworks.
  • Operational rigor in managing customer success initiatives.
