As an IT Support Specialist, you will act as the primary helpdesk responder, ensuring that user requests are resolved quickly and efficiently. You will take ownership of provisioning laptops and workstations with necessary security tooling, while also tracking requests through our ticketing system and maintaining comprehensive runbooks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as primary helpdesk responder to resolve user requests.
  • Provision laptops and workstations with security tooling.
  • Track requests through the ticketing system and maintain runbooks.
  • Manage device and software support, including user-level configuration changes.
  • Improve onboarding and offboarding workflows.
  • Ensure uptime of office equipment, AV, network gear, and desks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of IT support or internal helpdesk experience.
  • Proficiency with macOS and troubleshooting skills.
  • Understanding of identity and access management concepts, including RBAC.
  • Excellent communication skills; able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Willingness to respond to urgent issues and travel up to 20%.
  • Experience with MacOS MDMs (Jamf, Mosyle, Fleetsmith) is a plus.
