The SOC Supervisor will lead the day-to-day operations of the Security Operations Center (SOC) and manage incident response workflows. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing SOC personnel, ensuring that service level agreement (SLA) targets and quality standards are met while driving continuous operational improvement and SOC maturity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead day-to-day SOC operations and incident response workflows.
  • Manage SOC personnel and oversee queue health and escalation.
  • Act as Incident Commander during major security incidents.
  • Coordinate with customers, IT teams, and executive stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous operational improvement and SOC maturity.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years in Security Operations, Incident Response, or Cybersecurity Operations.
  • Proven leadership and people management experience across SOC staff.
  • Strong incident response, escalation, and triage skills.
  • Experience with SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, and ticketing systems.
  • Knowledge of playbooks, SOP governance, and process standardization.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
