Join our dynamic team as a Recruiter focused on Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies. In this pivotal role, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, collaborating closely with business leaders to identify hiring needs and ensure a diverse and exceptional candidate experience. With a strong emphasis on compliance, you will work in partnership with HR, Legal, and Compensation teams to attract top-tier talent while promoting our inclusive OpenAI culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle GTM recruitment from needs assessment to offer negotiation.
  • Partner with business leaders for proactive hiring strategies.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience and promote diversity in hiring.
  • Collaborate with HR, Legal, and Compensation teams for compliance.
  • Leverage sourcing tools to attract diverse and top-tier candidates.
  • Advise hiring managers on interviewing processes and employment branding.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, particularly in high-growth in-house teams.
  • Proven track record in hiring for GTM roles.
  • Excellent cross-cultural communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
  • Continuous improvement mindset for global hiring processes.
  • Proficiency with ATS and sourcing tools (e.g., Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter).
