The Senior Recruiter for G&A and People functions will own the full-cycle recruiting process, collaborating closely with organizational leaders to develop hiring strategies and attract exceptional talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring leaders to define role requirements and interview strategies.
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality and diverse talent.
  • Manage multiple concurrent searches while ensuring a high standard for candidate quality and experience.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights and talent pipeline updates.
  • Utilize recruiting data and metrics to improve hiring outcomes and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with compensation and HR partners to create competitive job offers.
  • Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate ATS management and structured hiring practices.
  • Uphold confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive searches.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in G&A and People functions.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with hiring managers.
  • Ability to leverage recruiting data and market insights to drive hiring strategies.
  • Strong attention to detail while managing multiple searches simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to handle sensitive searches discreetly.
