We are seeking a High Volume Recruiter to execute and manage full-cycle recruiting processes. This role requires a strategic partnership with operational hiring leaders and a focus on delivering qualified, diverse pipelines for active roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute and manage full-cycle recruiting.
  • Strategically partner with operational hiring leaders.
  • Source, screen, and schedule candidates.
  • Analyze interview data and own the closing and offer process.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding through partnership with People Operations.
  • Establish and maintain trusting relationships with cross-functional partners.
  • Actively network and establish strong relationships internally and externally.
  • Contribute ideas toward continuous improvement of recruiting processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 2+ years of high volume recruiting experience.
  • 3+ years experience with a company of 500+ employees.
  • Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse preferred).
  • Familiarity with G-Suite, Slack, Jira, Okta, and Macbook.
