As a Senior Recruiter for G&A/People functions, you will own the full-cycle recruiting process, partnering closely with leaders to define hiring strategies and attract exceptional talent. This role requires a proactive approach to develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to bring in high-quality and diverse candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for People and G&A functions, including role requirements and interview strategies.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent.
  • Handle multiple concurrent searches while ensuring a high standard for candidate quality and experience.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights and talent pipeline updates.
  • Utilize recruiting data to identify opportunities for improving hiring outcomes and speed.
  • Partner with compensation and HR to develop competitive offers.
  • Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate ATS management and structured hiring practices.
  • Uphold confidentiality and discretion while managing sensitive searches.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in G&A and People functions.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Proficiency in using recruiting data to influence hiring strategies.
  • Strong attention to detail while managing multiple searches.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive searches.
