As a Senior Recruiter for Sales, you will own the full-cycle recruiting process for non-technical sales roles, from intake to close. You will develop effective sourcing strategies to meet hiring goals and build robust talent pipelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for sales roles.
  • Develop sourcing strategies and build candidate pipelines.
  • Create sourcing plans and deliver market insights.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers, HR, Compensation, and Legal on processes and offers.
  • Maintain pipeline health with data-driven updates and forecasting.
  • Lead offer strategy, negotiation, and candidate closing.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in sales.
  • Proven ability to engage passive talent and build diverse pipelines.
  • Strong business judgment, diplomacy, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven approach to diagnosing issues and prioritizing tasks.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Quick adaptation to recruiting tools such as ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
