We are seeking a dedicated Technical Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for engineering, product, and design roles. This position requires building strong relationships with hiring managers, aligning on role requirements, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering, product, and design roles.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and align on role requirements.
  • Run structured screens and manage interview loops.
  • Support offer negotiations and maintain exceptional candidate experience.
  • Build outbound pipelines and craft sourcing strategies across various platforms.
  • Track pipeline KPIs and maintain ATS workflows; partner on initiatives.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of recruiting experience in tech at a startup or agency.
  • Proven ability to independently own full-cycle technical searches.
  • Strong sourcing skills with outbound pipelines for tech talent.
  • Comfort with compensation discussions and closing senior individual contributors.
  • Excellent written communication and strong ATS hygiene.
  • Familiarity with tools like Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and Juicebox is a plus.
