As a Senior Recruiter for G&A/People functions, you will own the full-cycle recruiting process while partnering closely with leaders to define hiring strategies and attract exceptional talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for People and G&A functions.
  • Collaborate with hiring leaders to define role requirements and interview strategies.
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality and diverse talent.
  • Manage multiple concurrent searches while maintaining a high bar for candidate quality and experience.
  • Provide market insights and talent pipeline updates to hiring managers.
  • Use recruiting data to identify opportunities to improve hiring outcomes and speed.
  • Partner with compensation and HR business partners to develop fair and competitive offers.
  • Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain strong operational rigor through accurate ATS management.
  • Uphold confidentiality while recruiting for sensitive or internal organizational functions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Experience hiring for G&A and People functions (Finance, Legal, HR, Corporate Operations).
  • Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers.
  • Comfortable using recruiting data to influence hiring strategies.
  • Strong attention to detail and candidate experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professionalism in handling sensitive searches.
