We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Process Development and Analytical Development to lead purification and analytical development for biologics. This role involves setting strategic direction, mentoring teams, and managing uncertainties to deliver impactful solutions for patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead purification design for soluble and membrane proteins.
  • Oversee analytical method development including ELISA, BLI, HPLC, and MS.
  • Drive innovation and adopt new purification and analytical technologies.
  • Represent Purification & Analytical Development to senior management and external partners.
  • Manage cross-functional communication and stakeholder relationships.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • PhD with 10+ years or MS with 12+ years in drug discovery or analytical science.
  • Proven leadership experience in purification and analytical development.
  • Mastery of developability assessment and strategic influence.
  • Experience with tech transfer and regulatory submissions.
  • Familiarity with ELN, LIMS, UNICORN, Benchling, SoftMax Pro, JMP.
