We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Sourcer to lead recruitment efforts for high-volume sales roles across multiple geographies. This position requires a proactive approach to sourcing candidates and developing strong pipelines to meet our hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build candidate pipelines.
  • Screen, assess, and engage candidates while managing the interview coordination process.
  • Track and report recruiting metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Champion employer-brand initiatives that reflect our mission and culture.
  • Maintain Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and job posting platforms, ensuring global compliance.
  • Be agile and adjust tactics according to changing hiring needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in high-volume recruitment or sourcing.
  • Proven track record of filling large volumes of roles while maintaining a high candidate experience.
  • Deep sourcing skills, including Boolean search, talent mapping, and passive outreach.
  • Data-driven mindset; able to use metrics to drive decisions and improve results.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across time zones and seniority levels.
  • Experience with ATS (Greenhouse) and various recruitment platforms and sourcing tools.
  • A curious, always-learning mindset, balancing strategy with hands-on execution.
  • Experience recruiting in the US market for high-volume sales roles.
  • Commitment to diversity and inclusion in hiring and culture.
  • Willingness to work in remote/distributed environments.
