The Senior Recruiter for Sales will act as a trusted hiring partner to Sales leadership, focusing on role design and strategy. This position will take ownership of the full-cycle recruiting process for high-impact GTM roles, from sourcing candidates to closing offers. Requirements & Qualifications
  • Significant experience recruiting for GTM roles in high-growth environments.
  • Deep expertise in full-cycle recruiting, including creative sourcing and closing offers.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills characterized by trust, transparency, and insight.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure where none exists.
  • Hands-on, self-starter mindset; willing to adapt to varying demands.
  • Clear, thoughtful, and precise communication skills.
