Analytical Development Lead

We are seeking an Associate Director for Analytical Development to lead our antibody and biologics programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing analytical methods as well as conducting developability studies to ensure the quality and efficacy of our products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Analytical Development for antibody and biologics programs.
• Design and implement analytical methods and developability studies.
• Manage non-GMP analytics, comparability, and R&D testing.
• Collaborate with Tech Ops and cross-functional teams to meet project timelines.
• Prepare technical reports and communicate findings to stakeholders.

Requirements & Qualifications

• PhD in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in analytics.
• Expertise in mass spectrometry and UPLC-based analytics (SEC, IEX, RP-HPLC).
• Experience with CE-SDS, icIEF; ELISA, bioassay, potency assays.
• Experience partnering with CRO/CDMO for analytical deliverables.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 35% and work onsite two days weekly in Boston.
