As the Principal of Corporate Development, you will lead the strategic acquisition of franchises, overseeing the entire process from initial interest to the successful closure of transactions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize territories for sale, develop transition plans, and conduct territory valuations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end franchise acquisitions from interest to close.
  • Prioritize territories for sale and outline transition plans.
  • Develop territory valuations with Finance to inform bids.
  • Craft negotiation terms and Letters of Intent (LOI) for transactions.
  • Build multi-year network shaping strategy and focus areas.
  • Deliver data-driven insights to executive leadership.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business Administration; MBA preferred.
  • 5–7 years of experience in management consulting, corporate development, or related roles.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills with Operations, Legal, and Finance.
  • Experience in building deal models and valuations.
  • Proven track record of driving transactions with banks, private equity, or investors.
  • Familiarity with AI tools, such as Claude Cowork, is a plus.
