We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Business Development to lead our finance and accounting staffing agency. This role involves mentoring and developing a team of sales and recruitment professionals while driving personal production and achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales and recruitment professionals.
  • Set the pace and intensity of personal production.
  • Attract and retain top talent to build high-performing teams.
  • Identify market trends to guide growth and meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to fulfill open job orders.
  • Track activities and job orders in company systems.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree required; CPA, CFA, or MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in selling accounting/financial permanent placements.
  • Background in audit, tax, or public accounting is advantageous.
  • Must have a working knowledge of MS Office Suite.
  • Experience with Bullhorn ATS preferred.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%.
