We are seeking a Director of Demand Generation who will develop and own the performance marketing and demand generation strategy to achieve strategic bookings goals. You will lead a high-performing team to help drive success across all inbound and outbound demand generation channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all demand generation channels, ensuring optimal budget allocation and conversion rates.
  • Establish a data-first culture and define key performance indicators (KPIs) to manage campaign performance.
  • Optimize the marketing and early-stage sales funnel by identifying and eliminating friction points.
  • Manage the performance marketing budget with precision and tie spend into performance and forecasting.
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing specialists while fostering an environment of innovation and accountability.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Finance leadership to align marketing initiatives with business priorities.
  • Utilize vendor relationships and third-party channels to achieve pipeline goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in Marketing, specifically in Demand Generation and Performance Marketing.
  • Proven track record of multi-million dollar B2B tech pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Expertise in martech stack, attribution, and measurement models.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and a mastery of reporting with the ability to translate metrics into a business narrative.
  • Strong leadership presence with experience managing high-performing teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
