As a Customer Success Manager for Global Markets at OptimizeGEO, you will drive customer outcomes and revenue growth for our innovative AI-powered search platform. You will be responsible for the full customer lifecycle, ensuring enterprise and mid-market clients achieve measurable ROI while treating OptimizeGEO as strategic infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own onboarding, activation, and ongoing success for enterprise/mid-market accounts.
  • Translate platform insights into actionable marketing and SEO strategies.
  • Conduct executive-level Quarterly Business Reviews focused on outcomes, not metrics.
  • Proactively identify risks, expansion opportunities, and product feedback.
  • Manage escalations with urgency and professionalism across global time zones.
  • Build scalable playbooks for onboarding, renewals, and regional rollouts.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support teams.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 3-7 years in Customer Success, Account Management, Digital Marketing, or Consulting.
  • Proven track record in B2B SaaS, preferably MarTech, SEO platforms, or analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, search behavior, and digital discovery.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered search and generative engine optimization.
  • Proficiency in using GA4 and Google Search Console.
  • Expert at interpreting fragmented data trends to build compelling narratives.
  • Ability to translate platform insights into actionable marketing strategies for clients.
  • Understanding of referral source tracking, UTM & link analysis.
