As the Manager of Customer Experience Technology at Okta, you will spearhead the development and implementation of innovative technology solutions across our enterprise platforms, with a strong focus on Salesforce SaaS/PaaS technologies. This role involves leading a team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead go-to-market technology solutions across Okta's enterprise platforms.
  • Deliver and maintain Salesforce-focused SaaS/PaaS technology.
  • Manage Agile delivery processes alongside Product Managers and Delivery Leads.
  • Mentor and develop a team of engineers and analysts.
  • Collaborate with business teams to align technology with organizational needs.
  • Drive operational excellence and manage associated risks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience leading software engineering and analytics teams.
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce platforms: Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Communities.
  • Experience with SaaS/PaaS applications such as Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, Anaplan, and Boomi.
  • Proven track record in coaching and talent development.
  • Strong understanding of key business value streams, from Campaign to Opportunity.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
