As a Mid Market Customer Activation Manager specializing in Bill Pay, you will become an expert in Ramp Bill Pay and Procurement, including integrations. You will be responsible for onboarding approximately 100 Mid-Market expansion opportunities within 90 days and understanding accounts payable (AP) and procurement workflows to tailor communications effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage ~100 Mid-Market expansion opportunities.
  • Onboard clients in under 90 days.
  • Understand AP/procurement workflows and tailor communications accordingly.
  • Develop account strategies to drive product adoption and maintain notes in Salesforce (SFDC).
  • Identify blockers and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams for solutions.
  • Utilize AI tools to streamline workflows and prepare for 1:1 meetings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years in customer success, account management, implementations, technical consulting, or product operations (B2B).
  • Experience with Bill Pay, accounts payable, or accounting implementations.
  • Familiarity with accounting systems such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, ERP/AP.
  • Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams to troubleshoot issues.
  • A desire to become a product expert and understand Ramp's mission.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and curiosity to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Proven track record of quota attainment and ability to anticipate customer needs.
  • High adaptability in a fast-moving environment.
  • Comfortable using AI tools to streamline workflows.
