The purpose of Community Phone is to connect people in local communities by building the most customer-obsessed communications company on the planet.We built a plug and play, ultra-reliable phone: a physical phone that sits next to cash registers, inside hundreds of Starbucks, or on the desks of business owners. We recently launched Community Phone+, our mobile app, which allows customers to use this same phone number on the go, allows them to message from their business phone number for the first time, and use all the modern benefits of a cloud phone system for the first time. It also supercharges their revenue by allowing calls during peak times to rollover to other employees’ cell phones, automates appointment booking or other post-call processes, and streamlines their internal communications.As a venture-backed, Y-Combinator graduate, we've evolved from a small team in 2018 to a larger team until COVID killed that business, to 2021 when we launched our current product, to now ~70 team members spread across 15 countries and even more time zones. We proudly serve over 25,000 customers and clients, ranging from seniors to small businesses to franchises to military bases to sovereign American Indian nations across the United States. As we continue to grow, we're looking for folks who share our passion for improving the lives of our customers through the application of technology in a way that makes what is most innate in our animal sense, communication, as simple as possible.
