We are seeking a dedicated Bilingual Support Specialist to join our team, providing exceptional support to Spanish-speaking families and stakeholders. This remote role involves responding to inquiries through various channels, translating communications, and resolving customer issues. As part of a dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in facilitating access to the ESA and microgrant programs we administer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inquiries in English and Spanish via phone, email, SMS, and chat.
  • Act as the primary contact for Spanish-speaking families and stakeholders.
  • Translate or adapt communications from English to Spanish as needed.
  • Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases.
  • Provide accurate information about ESA and microgrant programs.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal) required.
  • 3+ years in customer support.
  • Experience with Zendesk or similar CRM systems.
  • Excellent bilingual communication skills in both languages.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently in a distributed team.
