As a Talent Sourcer, you will play a critical role in building and executing sourcing strategies for both General & Administrative (G+A) and Tech roles. Your primary focus will be on developing and nurturing talent pipelines through research, outreach, and engagement while partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and execute sourcing strategies for G+A and Tech roles.
  • Develop and nurture talent pipelines via research, outreach, and engagement.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to assess role needs.
  • Conduct initial outreach and screening to evaluate fit and interest.
  • Utilize market data and talent mapping for targeted sourcing channels.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience in high-volume sourcing or recruiting.
  • Proficiency in Boolean search techniques.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Greenhouse, and Metaview.
  • Experience building campaigns to engage passive talent.
  • Strong written communication skills for outreach.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and multitasking ability.
