We are seeking a dedicated Business Recruiter to partner with Operations hiring managers in setting strategies and managing candidate pipelines. This hybrid role is based in New York City, requiring three in-office days per week, with opportunities for remote work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Ops hiring managers to define recruitment strategies.
  • Proactively source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and networking.
  • Manage the full candidate experience from initial sourcing to final closing.
  • Create talent maps to provide insights on the talent market.
  • Conduct structured interviews using assessments and behavioral questions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 1+ years of full-cycle high-volume recruiting experience.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with Operations and Customer Experience managers.
  • Excellent organizational skills for coordinating recruiting across multiple stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of HR practices and employment regulations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a relevant field.
