As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will play a vital role in partnering with Hiring Managers to address recruiting challenges throughout the recruitment cycle. You will manage the applicant tracking process, review resumes, qualify candidates, and coordinate interviews to ensure a seamless hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to identify and solve recruiting challenges.
  • Manage applicant tracking and review resumes for candidate qualifications.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews (phone/video) between candidates and teams.
  • Post job requisitions with detailed duties, qualifications, and security classifications.
  • Conduct compensation benchmarking and provide guidance for equitable offers.
  • Source top talent utilizing tools such as LinkedIn and Zip Recruiter.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in technical recruiting (software, AI/ML, TPMs).
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience with ATS systems, specifically Greenhouse.
  • Strong skills in sourcing, internet research, and salary negotiation.
  • Proficient in LinkedIn networking.
  • Experience with compensation benchmarking and offer negotiations.
  • Familiarity with recruiting for government contractors.
