As the SMB Sales Manager for Drayage Transportation, you will lead a team of Account Executives focused on driving revenue growth within high-velocity SMBs. This role involves coaching, collaboration, and strategic partnerships to optimize sales processes and achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor SMB Account Executives to achieve revenue growth.
  • Own pipeline management and revenue targets for high-velocity SMBs.
  • Coach sales representatives on pipeline management, deal strategies, and closing techniques.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance lead flow and conversion rates.
  • Partner with operations, pricing, and finance teams on deal negotiations and delivery.
  • Represent Cargomatic at industry events and customer meetings.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in freight, logistics, trucking, or supply chain management.
  • 2+ years of experience leading or mentoring sales teams.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong experience in SMB sales with high-velocity sales cycles.
  • Experience managing sales pipeline, forecasting, and using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
