We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Executive to join our team, focusing on the State and Local Government and Education (SLED) sector. In this role, you will build relationships with CTOs and IT leaders to uncover their needs and provide tailored solutions. Your consultative selling approach will be essential in promoting our IT monitoring and SaaS solutions, emphasizing AI-driven observability for enhanced reliability and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with CTOs and IT leaders in the SLED sector.
  • Utilize consultative selling techniques to identify customer needs and propose suitable IT monitoring and SaaS solutions.
  • Articulate the benefits of AI-driven observability to enhance reliability and operational efficiency.
  • Manage complex sales cycles and timelines effectively.
  • Drive growth by securing new business and expanding existing accounts.
  • Leverage AI tools to optimize sales forecasting and account strategies.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in B2B tech sales, specifically within the SLED sector.
  • Strong understanding of cloud, SaaS, and AI-enabled solutions.
  • Proven track record in managing relationships with C-level executives in government and education.
  • Experience closing net-new business and growing existing accounts.
  • Familiarity with the MEDDPICC sales methodology is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
