The Service Delivery Manager will serve as the primary contact for Five9 Managed Services, ensuring effective technical account management and leading Day2 service delivery programs using PMP and Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Day2 service delivery programs with a focus on PMP and Agile practices.
  • Develop and oversee communication plans between Five9, customers, and partners.
  • Oversee governance and administration arrangements for customers.
  • Build and manage Day2 service implementation workstreams using PMP plans and Agile sprints.
  • Deliver Five9 Managed Services reporting and track defects and feature requests.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in ITIL process design and/or ITSM eBond integration.
  • Expertise in ITIL methodology, particularly in Service and Incident Management.
  • Ability to collaborate with technical leads to develop solutions from concept to implementation.
  • Experience in reporting and analytics with an understanding of KPIs and objectives around Service Management.
  • Availability for LATAM working hours.
