We are seeking a skilled Business Process Consultant specialized in Epic Professional Billing to conduct workflow analysis and design future-state processes. This role involves advising on PB and PB Claims configurations, performing in-system builds, and collaborating with various stakeholders to translate operational needs into effective Epic solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct workflow analysis and design future-state PB processes.
  • Advise on PB/PB Claims configurations and perform in-system builds.
  • Partner with providers, practice management, and IT to translate needs to Epic solutions.
  • Develop KPIs for billing, collections, and denials; guide reporting with Clarity/Caboodle.
  • Lead testing (unit, integration, UAT) for PB functionality.
  • Ensure compliance with CMS, HIPAA, and support audits and documentation.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 5+ years in a PB/PB Claims leadership role.
  • Epic Professional Billing certification required; PB Claims certification is a plus.
  • Deep revenue cycle knowledge, including billing, claims, and denials.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Ability to bridge technical configuration with operational needs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels.
