As a Senior Solutions Specialist for OFCTO, you will be at the forefront of engaging with strategic customers, facilitating discussions with both technical and executive stakeholders. Your role will encompass delivering insights on emerging trends, specifically focusing on identity-driven digital transformation, while aligning Okta’s offerings with customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic customer conversations with technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Deliver insights on emerging trends and identity-driven digital transformation.
  • Prepare executive messaging to align Okta with customer outcomes.
  • Conduct technical discovery sessions on endpoint security and passwordless solutions.
  • Deliver demonstrations and architecture sessions on Device Access and ITDR.
  • Design and run outcome-focused POCs to demonstrate Okta’s value.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Mastery of Active Directory and Azure AD (Entra ID).
  • Expertise in passwordless technologies (FIDO2/WebAuthn).
  • Knowledge of Desktop MFA and device context (MDM/UEM).
  • Familiarity with ITDR, UEBA, SIEM (Splunk/Sentinel), and SOAR integration.
  • Experience with hybrid identity solutions, including on-prem to cloud synchronization.
  • Proficient in IdP management including Okta, Ping Identity, and Google Workspace.
  • Strong communication skills for remote collaboration.
