As a Workplace Technology Engineer, you will play a critical role in providing remote-first support, troubleshooting technical issues, and enhancing the end-user experience. You will work with a variety of technologies to ensure efficient operations and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to remote-first support requests and resolve issues.
  • Troubleshoot macOS and Windows issues; escalate infrastructure problems as necessary.
  • Automate recurring tickets to reduce volume and improve efficiency.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly documentation and training materials.
  • Improve end-user experience by identifying and removing friction points.
  • Administer Identity Provider (IdP) and Identity Access Management (IAM) systems including Okta, SSO, MFA; SAML/SCIM.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in IT, workplace technology, IAM, or systems administration.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Intune, Entra ID, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams) or Google Workspace.
  • Experience with Okta or a comparable IdP for SSO, MFA, and lifecycle management.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory/Azure AD user/group management and Group Policy Object (GPO) concepts.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in macOS and Windows environments; experience with Windows Server is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
