Job Overview

Serve as primary legal point of contact for multiple teams across the organization. Draft, negotiate, review, interpret, and maintain legal documents; ensure risk allocation and compliance. Develop, enhance, and maintain policies, templates, trainings, guidelines, and procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Provide proactive legal counsel across technology, SaaS, IP, and contracts.
  • Develop creative, practical solutions that support stakeholders while advancing enterprise risk management.
  • Manage and triage outside counsel relationships to ensure high-quality legal support.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • J.D. and U.S. bar membership (or CA in-house program).
  • 8+ years in law firm or in-house tech legal dept.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, drafting, and cross-functional skills.
  • Expertise in commercial law: software licensing, SaaS, IP.
  • Ability to identify/mitigate legal risks; independent judgment.
