As the Sales & Service Manager at Harbor East, you will lead the store's sales and service strategy, focusing on enhancing the guest experience while managing and developing a high-performing team. Your role is pivotal in driving business targets and operational success in a dynamic retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead store sales and service strategy to elevate guest experience.
  • Manage and develop the Sales & Service team through coaching and feedback.
  • Drive business targets, monitor performance, and coach for results.
  • Oversee scheduling, floor coverage, and store operations.
  • Build client relationships and partner with the General Manager on strategic planning.
  • Represent the business in meetings and inform planning with budget and metrics.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of leadership experience in retail or related industries.
  • Proven team leadership skills with effective coaching abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk throughout the shift.
