As a Field Sales Account Executive for Vancouver Island, you will be responsible for managing the full outbound sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals with SMB and mid-market merchants. You will work to build and maintain a high-quality sales pipeline through various outreach methods and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions using Square's ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full outbound sales cycle from prospecting to close.
  • Build and manage a pipeline through cold outreach, social selling, and campaigns.
  • Develop multi-product solutions tailored to individual merchant needs.
  • Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and negotiate complex deals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Implementation, and Operations teams.
  • Maintain pipeline discipline and forecasting accuracy in Salesforce to hit revenue targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 3+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience with proven quota achievement.
  • Experience in outbound prospecting and net-new business creation.
  • Familiarity with SaaS/fintech preferred.
  • Ability to close complex, multi-threaded deals with longer sales cycles.
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce and modern sales tools.
  • Strong consultative selling skills to diagnose challenges and propose solutions.
