As an Enterprise Account Executive in the Retail sector, you will be responsible for winning new business and managing the entire sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to closing deals. You will design and execute retail-focused sales strategies aimed at achieving revenue targets while identifying new use cases in merchandising, ecommerce, and store operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Win new business in retail and own the full sales cycle.
  • Design and execute retail-focused sales strategies to meet revenue quotas.
  • Identify new use cases and differentiate offerings in merchandising, ecommerce, and store operations.
  • Navigate complex retail stakeholders to build consensus across various departments.
  • Gather retailer feedback to inform product roadmaps and strengthen our value proposition.
  • Continuously refine retail sales methodologies and update playbooks to boost productivity.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 8+ years of B2B sales experience in SaaS, API solutions, or emerging technologies.
  • Proven track record of managing complex sales cycles in retail.
  • Experience negotiating complex agreements within retail procurement frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present to various stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of retail buying cycles and decision-making processes.
  • Strategic and analytical approach to assessing retail markets.
  • Passion for AI systems and their applications in retail.
