The Senior Lead, People will own and modernize performance management processes, build and scale a manager enablement program from the ground up, and oversee HRIS, onboarding, lifecycle programs, and people analytics. This role requires close partnership with the Head of People to align operations with recruiting and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and modernize performance management end-to-end.
  • Build and scale the manager enablement program from scratch.
  • Oversee HRIS, onboarding, lifecycle programs, and people analytics.
  • Partner with the Head of People to align operations with recruiting and strategy.
  • Act as a trusted coach for managers and build cross-functional relationships.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 7+ years in People/HR; 3–4 years in a senior role.
  • Experience scaling organizations with 100–300 staff.
  • Deep expertise in performance management systems and manager development.
  • Strong background in People Ops, HRIS, analytics, and process optimization.
  • Proficient in Excel/Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to influence leadership and translate needs into impactful programs.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to build programs from 0 to 1.
  • Passion for coaching managers and fostering a strong organizational culture.
  • Experience in a Series C stage environment.
  • Commitment to an inclusive culture with necessary accommodations.
