We are seeking a dynamic Director of Mid-Market Sales to lead and scale our sales team, driving revenue and establishing key advertiser relationships. The ideal candidate will own the revenue strategy, maintain pipeline health, and ensure forecast accuracy while fostering an inclusive, high-performing culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and scale a Mid-Market sales team to drive revenue growth.
  • Own revenue strategy, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy.
  • Define and execute go-to-market plans to enhance advertiser investment.
  • Coach sales leaders and team members on execution, planning, and negotiation.
  • Establish senior-level advertiser relationships for long-term value.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Significant sales leadership experience in digital advertising, media, or related industries.
  • Proven success in owning revenue goals and targets.
  • Strong strategic thinking capabilities with a focus on scalable go-to-market plans.
  • Deep experience in pipeline management, forecasting, and planning.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field or equivalent experience.
