Kit is seeking a motivated Creator Representative (Contractor) to join our remote team. As part of our mission to empower creators, you will help build and support valuable creator businesses using our email-first operating system. This fully remote position is open to candidates worldwide, offering flexibility and impactful work in a dynamic environment.

Job Overview
  • Contractor position with 100% remote work.
  • Support and represent creators using Kit’s platform.
  • Help creators grow and optimize their businesses.
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for creators on the Kit platform.
  • Assist creators in building and managing their businesses via email-based solutions.
  • Provide guidance and support to help creators maximize the value of their operations.
  • Communicate feedback from creators to the Kit team for continuous improvement.
  • Foster strong relationships and ensure a positive experience for all users.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in customer support, account management, or creator relations.
  • Familiarity with email-based tools and workflows.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
