As a Sr. Principal Customer Success Manager for the Public Sector in Washington, D.C., you will build and foster executive-level trusted advisor relationships with customers' IT, Engineering, and Support organizations. Your role will involve applying hands-on knowledge of PagerDuty products to align with customers' business priorities and drive their adoption of real-time operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide customers on process, people, and change management best practices.
  • Proactively identify risks and collaborate with the sales team on risk mitigation plans.
  • Produce and execute a comprehensive adoption path for PagerDuty products.
  • Deliver business value by identifying opportunities for cost reduction and growth.
  • Communicate technical product changes and represent the voice of the customer.
  • Lead the post-sales team to provide a seamless customer experience.
  • Prepare and facilitate business review meetings, training sessions, and webinars.
  • Forecast risk, renewal, and expansion within the customer portfolio.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 8-10 years of relevant customer-facing experience.
  • Proficiency in developing business value ROI models.
  • In-depth expertise in Public Sector and SaaS business models.
  • Strong understanding of IT enterprise architecture and DevOps principles.
  • Ability to drive effective conversations at the C-level.
  • Experience in a DevOps environment or transition.
  • Knowledge of PagerDuty products and platform features.
  • Strong consulting skills with proven results as a trusted advisor.
  • Unrestricted work authorization in Australia.
  • Located in Sydney or Melbourne metro area.
