The International Payroll Lead will be responsible for managing the end-to-end payroll processes across multiple countries including the Netherlands, Germany, United Kingdom, France, and Austria. This role requires a strong focus on ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing while maintaining compliance with local laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end payroll for NL, DE, UK, FR, AT.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws, tax regulations, and internal standards.
  • Partner with external payroll providers and internal stakeholders.
  • Serve as the payroll go-to contact for employees and teams.
  • Prepare payroll reports and month-end reconciliations.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 4+ years of multi-country payroll experience across NL, UK, DE, FR.
  • Experience with equity awards payroll across jurisdictions.
  • Knowledge of EU labor laws; US/Canada payroll knowledge preferred.
  • Proficiency in HRIS/payroll systems: Personio, UKG/Immedis, ADP, SAP.
  • Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and lookups.
  • Fluent in English; self-driven and discreet with data.
