The Clinical Oncology Specialist in Breast Oncology is responsible for developing and executing a strategic territory plan aimed at fostering growth and integrating Signatera into clinical practice. This role involves engaging with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and accounts, driving new business development, and providing clinical education to healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic territory plans for growth.
  • Identify and engage KOLs and key accounts to integrate Signatera.
  • Drive new business development and deepen existing relationships.
  • Deliver clinical education to physicians and care teams.
  • Promote Signatera adoption by influencing clinical decisions at provider and system levels.
  • Travel frequently to engage with customers, adapting to a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5+ years in breast oncology, surgical sales, or molecular diagnostics preferred.
  • Deep knowledge of oncology markets, precision medicine, and reimbursement.
  • Ability to travel frequently, including overnight travel as needed.
  • Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
  • Proven leadership, business acumen, and strong communication skills.
