We are seeking a Clinical Admissions Therapist to join our team in Minnesota, specializing in Substance Use Disorder (SUD). This role requires a professional who can effectively communicate and build rapport with clients and referral sources while ensuring comprehensive care access.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills to build rapport with clients and referral sources.
  • Present programming information to facilitate client access to care.
  • Complete virtual biopsychosocial assessments for clients of diverse ages.
  • Determine appropriateness for the virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) level of care.
  • Construct provisional mental health diagnoses using DSM-V criteria.
  • Document client information in electronic medical records per regulatory standards.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Independent licensure in a mental health field is required.
  • Willingness to grow toward full licensure (associate-level welcome).
  • Experience with a wide range of ages (children to adults) is preferred.
  • Experience completing behavioral health assessments and admissions is preferred.
