The International Payroll Analyst will play a critical role in managing and reconciling monthly payrolls across the EMEA and APAC regions. This position requires close coordination with local teams to ensure compliance and accuracy while collaborating with People Ops, Benefits, and Accounting to enhance payroll workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and reconcile monthly EMEA/APAC payrolls across various regions.
  • Coordinate payroll timing with local teams to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with People Ops, Benefits, and Accounting to improve payroll workflows.
  • Serve as the first contact for all EMEA/APAC payroll inquiries.
  • Process one-time payments, leaves, fringe benefits, BIK, Bike to Work, and pension contributions.
  • Reconcile month-end EMEA/APAC payroll journal entries.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 4+ years of EMEA/APAC payroll processing experience in small to mid-size organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of EMEA/APAC payroll compliance and local tax/labor laws.
  • Experience managing vendors and adapting to new payroll systems.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and deliver in fast-paced environments.
  • Highly proficient in Excel (XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, pivots, formulas).
