Cultivation Manager Role

The Cultivation Manager will oversee all cultivation tasks, ensuring that all activities are documented and that day-to-day operations are managed effectively. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to train and supervise a cultivation team while maintaining adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all cultivation tasks and document activities.
• Manage day-to-day cultivation operations, including environmental monitoring and control systems.
• Train and supervise the cultivation team; delegate tasks on a weekly basis.
• Maintain SOPs and KPIs; audit cultivation metrics regularly.
• Align site and corporate resources; communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Ensure nutrient protocols and cultivation procedures are executed on schedule.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Botany, Horticulture, or Plant Science preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in cannabis cultivation or agriculture.
• 3+ years of experience managing an hourly workforce; demonstrated leadership skills.
• Experience with grow mediums and irrigation methods.
• Proficient in Excel, including formulas, functions, and pivot tables.
• Knowledge of crop management and plant health.
