The Manager of Healthcare Platforms & Transit will lead a dynamic team of Account Managers, guiding them through high-stakes negotiations and building essential partnerships. This role is pivotal in driving growth, representing the team across various functions, and identifying new opportunities in the healthcare and transit sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, develop, and coach a team of Account Managers.
  • Advise on negotiations, executive reviews, and partner conversations.
  • Build senior-level relationships with NEMT brokers and transit authorities.
  • Drive growth against team quotas and manage performance narratives.
  • Represent the team in cross-functional workstreams and influence the roadmap.
  • Identify new growth opportunities and manage end-to-end sales campaigns.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 8+ years in sales, business development, or account management with quota.
  • 3+ years of direct people management experience.
  • Experience with contract negotiations and pricing strategy.
  • Strong financial acumen: unit economics, P&L, and modeling.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills for C-suite stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
