The Sr. Director, GTM Strategy and Operations will be responsible for driving the go-to-market strategy and operations in collaboration with senior leadership. This role is pivotal in supporting global scalability and facilitating international expansion efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive GTM strategy and operations with senior leaders.
  • Support global scalability and international expansion.
  • Prioritize initiatives aimed at sales acceleration and pipeline growth.
  • Oversee cross-functional processes for high-value deals.
  • Manage the sales lifecycle from lead generation to order fulfillment.
  • Deliver accurate forecasting, budgeting, and real-time pipeline reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 8+ years in sales, sales operations, and business planning, particularly in SaaS.
  • Experience in scaling international SaaS businesses.
  • Background in publicly traded and PE-owned companies.
  • Proven record of leading complex process improvements.
  • Strong ability to build cross-functional relationships.
  • MBA or equivalent preferred; a four-year degree is required.
