The GSI Sales Engineer plays a crucial role in supporting sales efforts by providing technical expertise and assistance during trial calls, product demonstrations, and setup processes. This position involves optimizing product trials and leading training sessions for new sales personnel while ensuring effective communication with prospects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Sales Engineers on trial calls.
  • Assist Account Executives with product demonstrations and trial setups.
  • Optimize trials by adding dashboards and sample reports.
  • Lead technical and product training for new sales staff.
  • Provide ongoing technical support for trial prospects.
  • Log meetings and technical notes in Salesforce for Proof of Value (POV) engagements.
  • Demonstrate how the product addresses customer challenges through technology.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in Systems Administration or Sales Engineering.
  • Ability to articulate technical and product positioning to both business and technical users.
  • Strong relationship-building skills throughout the sales cycle.
  • Experience with Linux and Windows administration and related technologies.
